Add zone notifications and zone delete events to TallyFlow Core documentation

Browse Source 
- Documented existing Alert Time + email notifications for zone exceptions
- Documented killDuration, immediateKill, killMode delete behaviors for tag recycling and parent/child cleanup
- Updated both SOW requirements (marketing) and User's Guide (product)
